Russ Muellenberg is Designated Broker with the AZNORTH Realty office in Flagstaff. Russ has been with the brokerage since its inception and has filled many roles over the years, including Designated Broker in Flagstaff as well as the Managing Broker at the Camp Verde office.
Russ is involved in land acquisition and acts as projects coordinator for the development company as well as a participating member of the AZNORTH Investments group.
From a small South Dakota town of 3,500 people, Russ says, “you knew everyone for forty miles around.” Russ attended Northern State College in Aberdeen, where he graduated with degrees in Marketing and Management. After graduation he moved to California and worked for Bridgestone/Firestone in retail sales and management.
In 1991 Russ and his wife moved their four children to Flagstaff’s family friendly environment, where he continued to work in the automotive business. Russ became good friends with the owner of AZNORTH Development in the early 1990’s. By 1994 Russ was hired on as the first Realtor for the company.

Cam McCauley is an Associate Broker with AZNORTH Realty in the Flagstaff office. Cam has the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. She has experience in all types of real estate sales. Cam has particular expertise in investment properties, residential properties, new construction and 1031 exchanges.
Cam has written numerous articles on Flagstaff real estate for a variety of publications. She holds numerous honors and professional awards. Cam moved to Flagstaff in 1963 and worked as a geologist. She entered the real estate profession in 1982.

Jeff Gilbert is a Realtor with AZNORTH Realty. Jeff attended Northern Arizona University where he graduated with a BA in Business in 2006 and a Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2007. Prior to receiving his real estate license, he worked as an independent dental office consultant and an accountant.
Jeff is originally from Corpus Christi, Texas but has enjoyed living in Arizona since 2002. He loves to spend time with his wife and children and is glad to call Flagstaff home. Jeff likes the climate and outdoor activities the area has to offer. In his spare time, he enjoys fly-fishing, camping, and attending sporting events. |

Kellie Roessig is a Realtor with AZNORTH Realty. She graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1996 with a degree in Public Relations and stayed on in Flagstaff to raise her family. Kellie has four children.
Kellie’s career in real estate was sparked by her passion for living spaces. She has a flair for remodeling and decorating. She loves the town and all the activities available in Northern Arizona. In her spare time, Kellie likes to go hiking and snowboarding and and enjoys travel.
