Jeremy Bach, Vice President
Mr. Bach was born and raised in Illinois and moved to Flagstaff, Arizona, in 1992 to attend Northern Arizona
University. In 1995, he graduated from the School of Business and Engineering with a Bachelor of Arts in
Construction Management and Business Management.
Mr. Bach has 14 years experience in the construction management industry. He started his first company,
Mountain Top Builders, in 1993 and operated it until he sold it in 1998. In 1999, he formed Bacdon, Inc.,
a concrete underlayment company, in the Verde Valley. At the same time, teamed up with Tom Brewster at AZNORTH
Development, Inc., where Mr. Bach’s areas of expertise include land acquisition, land entitlement, finance and
development.
Mr. Bach owns homes in both the Verde Valley and Flagstaff. In Yavapai County, he is the Chairman of the Verde
Valley Housing Commission. He also is frequently invited by Yavapai County Community Development to provide
input on county ordinances related to growth and development.
Mr. Bach has been involved in various civic organizations. For the last eight years, he has been the coach
for the Camp Verde swim team.
